CASE HISTORY:
Custom accessories truck dealer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma had a request from a customer to coat the inside of his race car trailer.
Problem with the plywood bottom was a clean up issue and the owner wanted the surface to be non-skid when exposed to oil.
Owner wanted a tough, durable coating that was easily cleanable, water resistant and could be pressure washed.
The coating had to stand up against impact from tools.
This application was completed in April of 2000.

Products specified:
- Primer - ChemLoc 213 Manufactured by Lord Chemicals.
- Coating - GatorHyde LP Manufactured by Elastomer Specialties, Inc.
- Color - Black

INSTALLATION:
The entire trailer bed, manufactured of 1 inch plywood, was vacuumed out, the walls were then masked off 2 feet up the sides.
- ChemLoc 213 was applied, by paint roller, to the specified surface area.
- GatorHyde LP was installed using a Condor Low Pressure Pump.
- The polyurea coating was applied at 60-65 mils.
- The entire coating portion of the project took less than 45 minutes.
