ES-9500 ElastoKast 95 Polyurea, emergency concrete repair polymer is designed specifically for rapid concrete spall and crack repair even at temperatures as low as -25 deg F. Once installed this unique elastomer can withstand intermittent temperatures up to 425 deg F. Making it ideal for emergency runway repair. The product can be hand mixed and placed, or applied through a plural component pump such as the “CONDOR” specialized pump system, developed and manufactured by ESI.

ESI also produces a unique line of hybrid-polyurea systems, with gel times as low as 6 seconds, and shore hardness’s ranging from 45A up to 80D. This unique family of fast reacting polyurea’s, have been specifically formulated for low pressure spraying, at ambient temperatures, (heat not required) through the “CONDOR” plural component pump, and its LPS Wand attachment.

All of our Polyurea products have been designed for use on bridges, airport runways, parking and balcony decks, offshore platforms, barges, pipelines, cold storage facilities, industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, and pulp paper mills. ESI polyurea joint sealants, repair polymers and fast set spray coatings are jet fuel resistant and can be used as flexible membrane coatings in the containment of sewerage and wastewater.
