The "Condor Deluxe BT" series pump system has been retrofitted, and is available with twin 5 or 10 gallon polypropylene holding tanks and lids, which are held in place with Velcro straps. This model was engineered specifically for installing polyurea or urethane joint sealants or for casting urethane parts. However for those individuals who are looking for a low-pressure spray system to apply these same types of materials, the Deluxe BT series has been upgraded with air line, regulator, hand gun and halo assembly for spraying. This pump is capable of applying up to ¾ of a gallon per minute when spraying. Unlike high pressure spray systems that are heated and operate with an impingement gun, the Deluxe BT uses a manual hand gun with a simple on and off valve. Because low pressure spray systems utilize georotor pumps which do not build up high pressure, the material must be mixed and applied through static mixing wands and atomized with halo attachments.
